Ray joined Alpha Cine in 1978 as a processor. He worked his way thorough printing, negative prep and timing and became a telecine colorist in 1986. Ray now heads the Telecine Department and supervises large production transfer and syncing of video dailies. Ray works closely with DP's and editors, inspecting negative and assuring proper key code and time code capture for off line editing.
